i owe money to Sallie Mae for student loan, they have been calling me at work and asking for personal information to whom ever answer the phone…when i called them and explained that it is imposible that i pay the amount they were asking to settle 1 of the loans, they threaten me with taking my tax return if any, and my paychecks, even after i spoke to them they continue to call my job, several times a day, every day, i really don’t know what to do, i dont’t know what ‘extra money’ is, every penny i get goes to pay basic bills, we are upside down with our mortgage. Someone please advise me what to do in reference to this student loan, i have been trying to send them 50 a month, obviously not enough for them. Thank you
